Careers at QuickCode

Do the best work
of your career.

We build small, dedicated teams that work directly with growing international products. No bench, no rotations, no being treated as a resource. You own what you build, and you're trusted to do it well.

Why QuickCode

A different kind of place to work.

We're not a staffing agency and we don't run a body shop. We hire people who can think, give them real ownership, and get out of their way. If you've been stuck doing low-trust, ticket-factory work, this will feel different.

Real ownership
You own your work end to end, from understanding the problem to seeing it ship. No handoff chains, no losing the thread.
Trust, not micromanagement
We hire professionals and treat them as such. We care about outcomes, not activity or hours logged.
Work with modern tools
We build the modern way: design-led and AI-accelerated. You spend your time on judgement and craft, not grunt work.
Remote-first, stable teams
Work from where you are, on a team built for the long term. We invest in our people, including a company-funded team holiday.

Open roles

We're hiring.

We're growing a dedicated team for a US-based SaaS product. These are full-time QuickCode roles, remote-first within India.

DevOps Engineer
Full-time · Remote (India) · 7+ years · 2 openings
KubernetesCloudSecurityTerraform

We're looking for a senior DevOps engineer who treats security as a first principle, not an afterthought. You'll own and evolve a Kubernetes-based platform on the cloud, keeping it reliable, secure, and developer-friendly, while driving the compliance posture forward. The work spans threat modelling, compliance gap analysis, incident response, and building infrastructure other engineers trust with their deployments.

What you'll do

  • Implement and maintain security controls; manage IAM, RBAC, and least-privilege access across clusters and cloud projects.
  • Maintain audit logging, data retention, encryption at rest and in transit, and container security.
  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure as code; run Kubernetes clusters, GitOps deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor platform health, respond to incidents, and optimise cloud cost against reliability targets.

What we look for

  • 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, with proven ownership of production infrastructure.
  • Strong Kubernetes in production: cluster lifecycle, workload management, troubleshooting at scale.
  • Deep cloud security (IAM, RBAC, encryption, secrets, network policies) and compliance experience (SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar).
  • Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform; solid cloud networking; scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
Full Stack Engineer
Full-time · Remote (India) · 7+ years · 2 openings
ReactTypeScriptNode.js

We're looking for full stack engineers who care deeply about correctness, performance, and understanding systems at a fundamental level. You'll build across the stack, React on the front end and TypeScript / Node on the back, on a platform that processes complex, real-world data at scale. The problems are rarely green-field CRUD: ambiguous inputs, imperfect data, performance constraints, and edge cases that don't show up in happy-path demos.

What you'll do

  • Design and build TypeScript-first systems across frontend and backend, handling complex data flows and non-trivial logic.
  • Build React interfaces and the APIs behind them; write performance-aware, memory-efficient code built to scale.
  • Debug issues that cross abstraction boundaries (data, libraries, runtime behaviour).
  • Build internal utilities and libraries others rely on; make pragmatic trade-offs between correctness, performance, and maintainability.

What we look for

  • 7+ years of professional software development, with strong production React and Node.js.
  • Strong TypeScript (non-negotiable) and an excellent grasp of data structures, algorithms, and complexity trade-offs.
  • Solid REST and GraphQL design, and experience beyond simple request-response flows.
  • Comfortable reading unfamiliar codebases and figuring things out independently.
