- Contact enquiries: if you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), and your message.
- Job applications: if you apply for a role, we receive your email, your CV, and anything you include with your application.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
- To assess your application and communicate with you about the role.
Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by contacting us or applying) and our legitimate interest in running and staffing our business.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application information only as long as needed for the purpose above. If your application is unsuccessful, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless you ask us to keep it on file for future roles. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Who processes it
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and our communications:
- Netlify: hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions.
- Google Workspace: our email, where enquiries and applications are received and stored.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any storage used is strictly necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email daniel@thequickcode.com and we'll action it promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
